I have to admit, I was wrong really wrong, the other day i thought manchester was sunny and in full summer mood. Today it has rained non stop, but not like normal rain, its literally like someone has turned the shower on a just left a cold shower running.
– theres not even puddles just flooding –– its wet –– this is a light in front of a light –
two day has been a day of two halfs, a missed train from reading to Manchester, an angry taxi driver who tried to hold me as a hostage of a mistake that his comms office and a lost jumper (it was my new favourite), all added to me only having one option grabbing a pint before the next train to Manchester and then sleeping all the way, so now im sat in a pretty swanky hotel room in manchester wide awake!
but over all im pretty happy with the pictures i managed to get, by the way, I cant take any photos of my location or anything this week, so time to get creative. Ive brought a big pack of balloons just in case I run out of ideas and need to make some water bombs or something.
– who said it always rains in Manchester –– cant beat the british country side, is this not a money shot or what –– reading train station: where there is nothing fun to do ever –
tip: before “chilling” with flo, make sure you have at least one red bull, other wise you’ve got no hope. the swings, the puddles and the weird baby doll that sounds like chuwbakka all mean you are gunna be running around. its not 11 o clock on Sunday night, I have work in the morning and right now flo as literally killed me. Thanks for that flo! I definitely need to spend more time with that little ball of chaos and would have her any other way!
– I promise this isnt actually that high –– trust me I can catch you –– “is that a squal?” –
This weather is perfect, spent Friday night in a pub garden and after a busy day of work and meetings I didn’t really take as many photos as I should but here as the best ones from the day. I really not sure of the point in this Website, but I am enjoying the challenge of trying to take good photos everyday and get them online by mid day the next day.
I think im doing an ok job, but thats for you guys to decide.
– ROOF TOPS AS OLD AS LONDON –Â – think I can get up there? –Â – the last picture I took –Â
Running out of work on my lunch break to take a few snaps, its actually a good thing todo and a reason to get some fresh air and catch a bit of the sun. im going to keep these short a sweet for the next few weeks till I finish my current job.
– if you look close you can see the blue sky –– solid bit of scaff –– they call it morden architecture, I call it something else –
At the moment, I cant show anything that I’m working on, so my life outside work is the tube journey, during the week. hopefully once I’m off the crutches I can start cycling again and get some of that decent London rush hour fresh air, which beats London rush hour tube air. Â Anyway, when you actually look at the Tube station and notice that alot of these places actually have some weird London tube atmosphere, its pretty fun taking pictures, so get used to it.
– Liverpool street underground –– coming out of Bethnal Green in the rain –– At Bethnal green –
I thought today I would address the weather situation at the moment. One minute its sunny the next its raining, you cant win. I know this happens every year around this time, but this is the first time Ive taken photos to prove it. most of you are probably thinking. “well, this is 2 minute’s ill never get back” and your right. but I needed to post pictures today so I went down this root.
– anit no summer round here –Â – here we go england, get ready –Â – hold your horses, here comes the down pour –Â
getting up for train yesterday was tough but we made it with only one lost train ticket and a few coffee’s. As you can see amy was not hungover and on top form. We made it to Huntingdon and started on the chocolate.
THANKS MICHELLE FOR A GOOOOD EASTER!
