B038 – SOME BAD BOY PHOTOS OF THE SUN SET.

So yesterday I had to travel back to my mum and dads, because of this slight issue with the tendons in my leg being useless. At their house you get a pretty decent view of sun sets, so after spending the day on the sofa, at like 7 O clock, I set my intervelometer to go off every 10 seconds till the sun had set and managed to catch these bad boys.

Check out these snaps.

B037 – the lift

So the lift in my flats is being changed and wont work for the next 4 months, which is going to make life a lot more interesting for the next few months. not even sure if Deliveroo will take the stairs upto my door.

Heres a little throwback to when I could walk and on a trip to Pioneer town and Joshua Tree national park. Thanks for the photos Anders.

B036 – I FUCKED IT.

** These pictures are just to explain my situation**

A quick bit of info, Im currently training for an Ultra Marathon in Switzerland across the alpes, its 70km long and I was hopefully going to be completing it in under 8 hours. Now fast forward to yesterday I was out on a 13.1 mile run, nothing I haven’t done before. When I hit the 12 mile mark but with a good speed of 7:45 per mile, my right leg went all floppy, but mumma did rest no quiter, so I pushed on for the last 1.1 miles and thats when I realised I had done some serious damage to my leg, I basically could walk or even lift the leg. When I got home I decided to dig into a packet of oreo’s and a can coke, to my surprise this didnt help, thats when I took the decision to head to hospital. where they then told me the bad news, I have ripped apart the tendons that connect my quad muscle to my pelvis. basically its put me out of walking and definitely no running for the next 6 weeks, and with the ultra marathon in 5 weeks, basically meaning I will not be running that race… its just the sofa with a tub of ben and jerrys phis food for me.

Please send me netflix series to watch.

B034 – HUNGOVER? HAVE A READ OF THIS!

After a ruby last night, I had a vindaloo, normally im a korma kind of guy but apperently thats a childs curry, so I upped my game. half way through the meal DAVE was telling me how shit my writing is in these posts, which I have to disagree with. Anyway I woke up this morning completly regretting the vindaloo with phal sauce and remembered that my pictures of yesterday were only of Daves bald head.

So heres the snaps of daves head and also some cool pictures of brick lane I took a few weeks back.

B031 – Burrito and a beer

No meal, no recipe will ever beat a simple burrito and a beer and the only place todo this in London is in that weird car park place on Shoreditch high street. I didn’t take a photo of my burrito and beer because I forgot.

B030 – 1 down 11 months to go

So after exactly a month of taking and uploading three photos a day, I know appreciate how hard this type of stuff is and the amount of gear you have to carry with you. for the last month it feel like Ive always had my bag on my back, with the camera and my laptop top, but along the way I am slowly picking up more and more gear which Im not sure is a good or bad thing. 1 down 11 months to go.

anyway, yesterday. my bank holiday started with a run, Im training for something kind of big, but will give that an introduction in a few weeks, I want to have some sick pictures ready and then tell you all about it. after that I ended up at homeslice, somewhere you can get a decent sized pizza and then onto anders hours for a “Bro down”

B027 – THE NEW LENS

So yesterday I got a new lens, 24-105, now for a lot of people that doesn’t mean anything and for more people thats an OK lens. but up to this point I’ve been using a 50mm 1.8 (the cheap of all cheap lenses). So im pretty excited to now have some zoom, can start having abit more fun with my camera and hopefully improve my pictures. Any way heres a few snaps that Ive taken last night and then some from this morning.

Better snaps to come.

B022 – ITS A MONKEY THING

So yesterday, I was in camden being an absolute tourist which is something im not proud of but it does have its perks. After walking around for hours We (amy and me) ended up at London Zoo possibly the most expensive entry fee this side of ibiza, £30 per person. So I canned off all the other photos I took to show you three pictures of the monkey’s.

B013 – THE SEASIDE

Yesterday we were in Norfolk seeing Amy’s folks, left their feeling good and now I’m on a train trying to write this and trying to get this online, Ive lost my train ticket and in a bit of a rush, its just one of those mornings. But thank you Amys parents for a jolly good Friday.
